The contract encompassed the demolition and enabling works, all ground works including foundations, ground floor slab, hard landscaping, drainage, surfacing and soft landscaping. The new build was logistically challenging due to the structure physically wrapping around the existing hall, however the school remained operational throughout. The refurbishment will see the original period façade being given new windows in keeping with its style. Once complete, the school will boast state of the art teaching facilities for ITC, Art and Technology.

CLS Civil Engineering are currently constructing a new NHS New Mental Health Unit at Peaks Lane, Grimsby. The works consist of all the earthworks, ground works, external works and drainage. Phase 1 works started in January 2009 and are now complete, with Phase 2 works starting Mid July lasting for a further 15 weeks.
